GOING THE EXTRA MILE

Recently I sold a property for a gentleman in Adamstown, at first Graham was very sceptical as his previous experience with sales agents had not been the best. I advised Graham our fee for service was all inclusive, nothing to pay until his home was sold with a full marketing package included (professional photos and floor plan, all internet and social media marketing, print media and sign board, etc).

Better yet Graham found that at ANY stage if he was not 100% happy with Shedden Real Estate or my service (and we couldn't fix the problem) that he was free to withdraw his property or change agents with nothing to pay. Not even for the photos or floor plan.

Having no lock in contracts, no marketing costs, amazing service and best of all absolutely no risk, Graham knew that he wouldn’t be able to find that service elsewhere.

Graham was hoping to move to the Blue Mountains as most of his family resided in the area, his main concern was selling his home and not being able to find a home suitable for him to buy and with his medical condition he was unable to drive to the Blue Mountains to inspect properties.

I explained to Graham that putting your home on the market is NOT selling, we are simply looking for interested people to purchase your property, once we have someone interested, that’s when we can find a home for you, I am even happy to drive you to the Blue Mountains when we have somebody interested.

Within 3 weeks of listing Graham’s property we found a buyer very interested in his home, together we planned a trip to the Blue Mountains with 11 properties to look at in one day, Graham was extremely happy with one of the properties and even more so when I was able to negotiate $15,000 off the asking price even though he was prepared to pay full price.

Graham’s furniture removalist arrives next week to complete the move.  He will be unpacked just in time for Christmas with his family.  When just a few month’s before he thought that it was all too hard to move.
